Please read this Federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“E-SIGN”) Disclosure and Consent Notice (“Notice”) carefully and print a copy for your records.
This Notice applies to all documents, notices and disclosures (collectively, “Documents”) that we provide to you relating to your SolRidge dba Solar Access Energy account, except as otherwise prohibited by law, and is to be read in conjunction with your www.solaraccessenergy.com (“Site”) Terms of Use (“Terms”).

In addition, you must review and accept the terms of these services. If you choose not to consent to this Notice or you withdraw your consent, you may be restricted from using SolRidge dba Solar Access Energy online services ("Site Services").
You agree we may provide documents to you by e-mail or by making them accessible on the Site (including via "hyperlinks" provided online and in e-mails). Documents will be provided online and viewable using browser software or PDF files. You have the right to request a paper copy of documents; we will not provide you with paper (non-electronic) copies of any Documents unless specifically requested by you.

Your consent to use electronic signatures and to receive documents or communications electronically applies to your use of our Site Service, specific documents you may electronically sign such as ACH or credit card authorizations.
If you consent to receive electronic documents and later change your mind, you may withdraw your consent and change to paper delivery format. You can notify us of your intent to cancel electronic documents by changing your Invoice communication preference or by contacting us at 844-588-9525. If you contact us by mail, please be sure to identify yourself and your account. Your withdrawal of consent will become effective after we have had a reasonable opportunity to act upon it.
We will not send you a paper copy of any document where you have elected to receive it electronically, unless you request it, or we otherwise deem it appropriate to do so. You can obtain a paper copy of an electronic document by printing it yourself or by requesting that we mail you a paper copy, provided that such request is made within a reasonable time after we first provided the electronic communication to you. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to provide a paper (instead of electronic) copy of any document that you have authorized us to provide electronically.
It is your responsibility to keep your primary e-mail address current so that we can communicate with you electronically. You understand and agree that if we send you an electronic document, but you do not receive it because your primary e-mail address on file is incorrect, out of date, blocked by your service provider, or you are otherwise unable to receive electronic documents, we will be deemed to have provided the document to you; however, you may not be able to access your online services via our Site until we receive a valid, working primary e-mail address from you.
It is your responsibility to provide us with a true, accurate and complete e-mail address, contact, and other information related to your account. You can update your information by accessing your billing communication preference or contacting us at 844-588-9525.
In order to access, view, and retain electronic documents that we make available to you, you must have:

All communications in either electronic or paper format from us to you will be considered “in writing.” You should print or download for your records a copy of this Notice and any other communication that is important to you.
Please note, we may be unable to fulfill and service your account in a language other than English. Future communications may be in English only. If you are not fluent in English, you should consider obtaining the services of an interpreter or taking other steps to ensure you understand the transaction before entering into it and to have any future English communications explained to you.
Our Communications are produced in English. For your convenience, we will provide a Spanish translation when available. You agree that the English version is always the controlling Communication.

You acknowledge and agree that your consent to electronic document receipt is being provided in connection with a transaction affecting interstate commerce that is subject to the Federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, and that you and we both intend that the Act apply to the fullest extent possible to validate our ability to conduct business with you by electronic means.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to discontinue the provision of electronic documents, or to terminate or change the terms and conditions on which we provide electronic documents. We will provide you with notice of any such termination or change as required by law.
